Customers on our full weekly pool or spa cleaning service programs can expect we will address any green algae issues at no additional charge provided the pool or spa equipment has been kept in proper working order and is running the appropriate amount of time each day. Exceptions apply for landscaping in the water, service interruptions, and unusually severe weather conditions affecting the area. It is important that clients keep their water levels at a proper level for their equipment to operate efficiently and that each pump is operated prescribed schedule daily.

Black algae is not covered if the pool or spa surface shows signs of worn plaster, pitting, or chips in the finish or tiles. Water features such as waterfalls, slides, and deck jets that do not have enough daily circulation or water flow to prevent growth.  Supplemental sanitation systems such as in-line chlorinators, salt generators, or ozone systems must be in working order.
